Marriage is sacred and holy. This country was founded on biblical principles from God fearing men. Unfortunately for the people of this country we have lost the understanding of what marriage really is and what that commitment takes, however the document of “separation of church and state” says that that “…government has no right to interfere with the rights of religious institutions and that the actions and laws of the government shall not prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” so in my understanding of that people should be free to exercise their right to be married.

Throughout the Bible, most “marriages” consist of one man and several wives. I hope those are not the so-called Biblical principles you seem to want! Any church can refuse to marry any couple - as the Catholic church will not sanction marriages between couples who have been divorced. The state should be free to marry ANY ADULTS. It’s none of your business.

Tiffany Blue ActivismWhile no timetable has been set by Pennsylvania lawmakers of the first of a required series of legislative votes on a marriage amendment, the YourAnswerMatters.com project is getting great pre-game notice from policy makers and their constituents. Our entire team at Churchill Strategies is privileged to be a small part of this frontline public policy issue.
